As our product includes both a physical welcome kit and a personalized digital service (website design), we follow the policy below:

1. No Refunds on Digital Services
   Once the Website Starter Kit is purchased, no refunds will be issued for the digital services portion (website design, SEO, hosting, etc.).
2. Returns on Physical Items
   The physical welcome kit is non-returnable once shipped, unless received in a damaged condition.
3. Refund Exception (If Any)
   Refunds may be considered only in cases where no work has been initiated and no materials have been shipped. Any refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase via email.
4. Cancellation
   Orders cannot be canceled once processing or delivery has begun.
