Prestashop – Mail Alerts module not working

Prestashop – Mail Alerts module not working – Solving common email issues in Prestashop with godaddy hosting, this solution is only for those who’s website hosted on godaddy server, mail not deliver both client or administrator when order place?

and also getting error when you set your own smtp server but its also not work, right solution for this problem is change your server, i have not to much knowledge in prestashop but one of my prestashop websites stop mail alert, i have contact to much developer, he customize any files but its not fixed, for testing purpose i’m change its server godaddy to HostGator, and its php mail function is working fine no need to set smtp server.
